This privacy policy details AIRPORTING's (the "Company") policy regarding personal data on the website https://airporting.com/ (the "Website").
This Policy applies to all information provided by you, or collected by us when you browse the Site, in accordance with the regulations in force in France regarding personal data as set out in Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files, and freedoms, known as the "Information Technology and Freedoms" law " and Regulation EU2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on data protection, known as the "GDPR."
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform individuals using the Site (hereinafter referred to as "Users") about how we collect, use, and share the personal data that we collect or are likely to collect. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy.

1. Who is responsible for your personal data?
The data controller, which collects and manages your data, is AIRPORTING, a simplified joint-stock company with a single shareholder, with a share capital of €30,000.00, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 888 236460, whose registered office is located at 10 rue de Penthièvre 75008 Paris, represented by its President MM - Simplified joint-stock company with a single shareholder.
2. What personal data is collected?
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly (hereinafter "Personal Data").
When you browse the Website, we may collect the following categories of data:
- Last name, first name,
- Email address,
- Usernames and passwords, tokens, API keys,
- Payment or banking information,
- Economic and financial information,
- Data relating to your orders,
- IP address,
- Information stored on your device: Cookies.
We may also collect any Personal Data that you may provide to us during our exchanges if you contact us directly by email or telephone. You agree to provide up-to-date and valid Personal Identification Data, and guarantee that you will not make any false statements or provide any incorrect information.

AIRPORTING collects and processes your Personal Data:
- when you contact us by email, telephone, or post;
- when you subscribe to one of our offers and/or make a payment;
- when you create and complete your Customer Account;
- when you submit your application on the Website.
4. For what purposes is your Personal Data collected?
4.1. General information
The mandatory Personal Data collected on the Website is data that is strictly necessary for processing your requests. The mandatory nature of the information requested is indicated at the time of collection by the presence of an asterisk. Other Personal Data collected is optional.
4.2. Purposes and legal bases of processing
4.2.1. Processing and tracking your subscription to one of our offers, invoices, and payments
The collection of your Personal Data in this context is based on the performance of the contract between us.
4.2.2. Creating your customer account – access to the AIRPORTING web platform
The collection of your Personal Data in this context is based on the performance of the contract between us.
4.2.3. The provision of services subscribed to with AIRPORTING, in particular the analysis of your economic and financial data.
The processing of your Personal Data in this context is based on the performance of the contract between us.
4.2.4.The management and processing of your requests when you contact us by email, telephone, or post
The collection of your Personal Data in this context is based on AIRPORTING's legitimate interest in responding to your various questions and/or requests for information. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your Personal Data based on AIRPORTING's legitimate interest.
4.2.5. Compliance with our legal (tax, accounting, etc.) and regulatory obligations
The processing of your Personal Data in this context is based on compliance with a legal obligation incumbent on AIRPORTING.
4.2.6.Commercial prospecting
The processing of your Personal Data is, in this context, based on your consent or the legitimate interest of AIRPORTING.
5. Who has access to your Personal Data?
5.1. Airporting staff
Your personal data is intended for the departments and individuals duly authorized to process it within AIRPORTING, in accordance with their responsibilities.
5.2. AIRPORTING's subcontractors
In the course of its activities and the provision of its services, AIRPORTING uses subcontractors who (i) process your Personal Data on our behalf and on our instructions, and (ii) provide appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data. AIRPORTING uses subcontractors located within and outside the European Union, thus offering an adequate level of protection. In any event, AIRPORTING implements all appropriate measures to ensure the protection of the Personal Data transmitted.
5.3. Other recipients
AIRPORTING may also be required to disclose your Personal Data to judicial or administrative authorities in order to comply with a legal or regulatory requirement, a court order, or if such disclosure is necessary to an authority that has asserted its legitimate authority to obtain the information, particularly in the context of an investigation or proceedings, either domestically or abroad.
6. How long are your Personal Data kept?
AIRPORTING keeps your Personal Data for as long as is strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is collected and processed. To determine how long to keep your Personal Data, we apply the following criteria:
- The duration of our business relationship;
- The time required to process your requests;
- The need to keep a record of your communications with AIRPORTING
For example, Personal Data necessary for the performance of a contract is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship.
In the context of your requests for information and/or questions to AIRPORTING, Personal Data is retained for a period of 3 years from the initial collection or the last contact from you.
Beyond this period, your Personal Data may also be archived, with access to it being restricted, limited, and justified, for as long as necessary
(i) to comply with AIRPORTING's legal and regulatory obligations, and/or
(ii) to enable us to assert a legal right, before being permanently deleted.
7. How does AIRPORTING ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data?
AIRPORTING undertakes to process your Personal Data in a manner that is:
a) lawful,
b) fair,
c) transparent,
d) proportionate,
e) relevant,
f) strictly within the scope of the purposes pursued and announced,
g) for the duration necessary for the processing operations carried out,
h) in a secure manner. AIRPORTING implements and updates appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your Personal Data by preventing it from being distorted, damaged, or communicated to unauthorized third parties.
8. What are your rights regarding your Personal Data?
You may, upon written request,
(i) access your Personal Data,
(ii) request that it be modified or corrected, or
(iii) request that it be removed from the AIRPORTING database.
Under the right of access, you are entitled, in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR, to request AIRPORTING to provide you with
(i) communication of your Personal Data in an accessible form,
(ii) confirmation that your Personal Data is or is no longer being processed,
(iii) the purposes of the processing, the categories of Personal Data processed, and the recipients to whom your Personal Data is disclosed,
(iv) the period for which your Personal Data will be stored or the criteria used to determine that period.
In accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR, the right to rectification gives you the right to require AIRPORTING to rectify, complete, or update your Personal Data when it is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, or outdated.
Under the conditions set out in Article 17 of the GDPR, you have the right to erasure of your Personal Data, allowing you to request that AIRPORTING erase your Personal Data as soon as possible, particularly when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. You also have the right to restrict the processing of your Personal Data in the cases listed in Article 18 of the GDPR.
You may therefore request that your Personal Data be retained solely for the purposes of:
- verifying the accuracy of the Personal Data you dispute,
- assisting you in establishing, exercising, or defending your legal rights, even if AIRPORTING no longer has any use for it,
- verify whether the legitimate grounds pursued by the data controller prevail over yours in the event that you object to processing based on AIRPORTING's legitimate interest,
- satisfy your request to restrict the use of your data - rather than erase it - in the event that the processing of your data is unlawful.
In the circumstances provided for in Article 20 of the GDPR, you have the right to the portability of your Personal Data, allowing you to retrieve from AIRPORTING the Personal Data you have provided to it, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, for the purpose of transmitting it to another data controller.
In accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data. Finally, you have the right at any time to withdraw your consent to the processing for which it was collected.

AIRPORTING will provide the person exercising any of these rights with information on the measures taken as soon as possible and in any event within one (1) month of receiving the request. This period may be extended by two (2) months in view of the complexity and number of requests.
If AIRPORTING does not comply with the request, it will inform the person as soon as possible, and at the latest within one (1) month of receiving the request, of the reasons for its inaction and of the possibility of lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority and/or seeking judicial remedy.
The exercise of these rights is free of charge. However, in the event of a manifestly unfounded or excessive request, AIRPORTING reserves the right to charge a fee taking into account administrative costs or to refuse to comply with such requests.

9. What recourse do you have in the event of a breach of your data?
In the event of a breach of your Personal Data that may pose a risk to your rights and freedoms, AIRPORTING will notify the CNIL of the breach as soon as possible, and, if possible, no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of it. When a breach of your Personal Data is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, AIRPORTING will inform you as soon as possible, subject to the exceptions provided for in Article 34 of the GDPR.
10. Special categories of data
AIRPORTING does not collect information relating to minors. AIRPORTING also does not collect sensitive information such as racial or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, health status, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, or genetic or biometric data.
